Terms of Service

Free consultation is available for eligible projects. Our process typically begins with an initial consultation and, where necessary, a project site visit. We may then share a mood board and a preliminary 2D layout/concept for discussion purposes. Detailed 3D design work begins only after the contract has been signed and a minimum 20% advance payment has been received. All concepts, timelines, and quotations are subject to final project scope, site conditions, and mutual agreement.
